The EF Event Factory App enables customers and event organizers to streamline their event management execution. The App with our integrated Event Manager allows Event Organizers to create new events simply with a fully customizable booking and cancellation booking wizard. The App can be used by both customers and event organizers. Customers use the app to view events offered by Event organizers and make bookings/reservations to the events. Event organizers use the App while at the Event to capture event attendees, new customers attending the event and any customer updates.
The App is support by an Eloqua integrated Event Manager. The Event Manager provides the user interface for the setup and management of Events. The
Event Manager integrates with Oracle Eloqua to provide all event communications like email booking confirmations, SMS and/or App push messaging.
Managing multiple events with numerous sessions, on a variety of topics and at different timeslots, can be troublesome. Event Manager not only manages complex bookings, but also enables you to integrate event nurture campaigns that can take your events to the next level. Centralized, automated management of invites, event bookings, reminders, and follow-ups, will considerably reduce the time and e ort required to create and manage any type of event.
